*Hello Naitik some quick notes below:

You can buy cheaper consumer systems for your first tries. You may want to
look at Indian Engineering, psychology, and science foundations for
financial help, or try a kickstarter campaign. You can also google
science-focused kickstarters.
You may also want to direct contact Indian philantropists and venture
capitalists.

If you want to add events to a file in eeglab, first take a look at the
extensive documentation on events.
Just google "eeglab+ adding events" and you will find the main eeglab
tutorial about that. Also google past eeglablist questions about similar
topic. Various suitable methods exist (importing text file, use eeglab
tools/functions to add new events, etc..)
See for example Chapter 03: Event Processing - SCCN
and other parts, such as writing eeglab scripts tutorial section regarding
events.
If you don't see it when reviewing past eeglablist notes, see also the
function eeg_addnewevents

If you haven't had a chance to, work first with eeglab tutorial
single-subject and study-level data to better familiarize yourself with the
eeglab ecosystem and tools.

For SNAP events, I would recommend you check with the developers or other
SNAP users.

Several open-source eeg programs exist where you can simulate your own EEG
data, which might be a little more valid than the method you are using at
this time.
