Dear List
I have used the EEGLAB Study to compare a certain number of
conditions/groups. I have also obtained the 'regions of significance' (the
shaded regions in the plot) and their absolute time in ms. I have used the
'permutation statistics' with FDR corrections to get the statistical
values. I wanted to know two things regarding the outcomes
1. Where can I get the F statistic values for the ANOVAs performed in the
Study design? I know how to obtain the 'p' values and the time range (in
sample points) where there were statistically significant differences. I
got this using the appropriate script
*"[STUDY erpdata erptimes pgroup pcond pinter] =
std_erpplot(STUDY,ALLEEG,'channels',{ 'whichever I need'});"*
In this script, I do not find the F values. Only the 'p' values across
conditions/group/interaction. Can someone help me out with finding the F
values?
2. how best to report this in a publication/manuscript? Say I do get the F
values with your help. Is there a specific way to write the statistical
outcomes in publications? It would be useful if someone can suggest me a
paper to read where they have reported this type of point-wise analyses.
Looking forward to solutions
Best regards
