No EEGLAB does not alter the data files. There are some weird things
happening with the rank of the matrix under some version of 64-bit
Matlab as depicted in the EEGLAB bug tracking software.<br>

We have also fixed a problem with using the PCA option that was
occurring in the wrapper function for the runica algorithm. I have
attached the updated pop_runica() function (just replace it in EEGLAB).<br>
