Hi. Is there a way in eeglab to just ignore a bad
channel without actually removing it from a dataset. For example, if I
wanted to compare two different groups of subjects, but various individuals in
the two groups had different electrodes that were bad, is there a way to get
eeglab to just ignore certain channels for certain individuals so that the bad
channels do not skew the results? If this is not possible, can eeglab insert
null values for an inserted channel where a bad channel was removed (i.e., so
that there are the same number of channels reported for each subject in the
groups being compared, but data from the inserted channel would not skew the
results? Thanks. Rob.
