Hi experts,<br><br>I am conducting a study on some ERP components (e.g. C1 P1 etc.) in Visual Evoked Potential. In some of my data, I can see a little linear trend which may affect the peak amplitude evaluation. Do you know whether doing linear trend is good or not and if it's good how to correct such a linear trend in EEGlab? If EEGlab does not provide any plugins to correct it, what algorithms and methods are you using? Is it better to do linear detrend on the averaged or all individual epochs?<br><br>Thank you very much!<br><br>Min Bao<br><br>University of Minnesota<br><p>
