I'm mostly working on a Mac so I can't say, sorry! One thing I can say is that, by the name of the fileio file, you didn't update it yet. fileio is a copy of the fileio folder in fieldtrip so it's actually redundant as far as I know. Arno, what is the reason for having both the fieldtrip package plus the fileio folder in the external folder?
