Hello list, Im novice in EEGlab and Im struggling to find more on how I can do an ANOVA analysis of a 4 condition EEG problem. I have my 4 condition epoch free artifact data and Im conducting a study using 4 conditions and each epoch for each condition. My problem is that I want to do an ANOVA analysis in the power spectrum of each condition to see effects and interactions in different regions of the brain. My problem is that I havent done this before so some guidance will be helpfull , Do I take the mean of the spectrum and how can i do this in eeglab? what will be my inputs in anova data any hint will be great I am pretty new to this analysis<BR> <BR>Thank you very much<BR> </body>
