Hi EEGLAB experts,

I created a Study with 12 subjects and 2 conditions per subject. The 2 conditions were 2 recording sessions on consecutive days. I processed these files separately, and end up with different IC decompositions for each condition/session (as a result, the number of IC's, their location etc. differs between the conditions).

I tried to generate a study structure, but (pre-)clustering is not possible - I assume the function crashes because the IC's vary between conditions.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I deeply appreciate any comments/suggestions! Please let me know if you need more information on the data/study structure.
