Hello all,<br><br>I have a 2X 2 design STUDY. Groups include 2 languages and Conditions are: frequent and rare stimulus. I looked up the EEGLAB archives and found that std_erpplot can be used to compare across groups and conditions. <br>
I used [STUDY,erpdata,erptimes,pgroup,pcond,pinter] = std_erpplot(STUDY,ALLEEG,........ and then used [F df pvals]=statcond(erpdata); <br><br>The resulting outputs are 1X3 structure arrays. On opening them I did not understand the F values and P values are for comparing which data- groups? or conditions?<br>
