I really cannot decide whether or not to check the “Subtract individual subject mean spectrum” box. There are two analyses that I want to do. The first one is to compare scalp frequencies between four conditions of a task. The other is to compare scalp frequencies between groups (men X women and young X elder people) of subjects. <BR>I would like to know in which case I should use that “Subtract…” option, or if I should use it at all.<BR>Thank you.<BR><div>Flávia S.
