Hi Iman,<br><br>I'm  not aware of any EEGLAB functions for doing that (although it seems there are some previous discussions on the list about bootstrap statistics, which are somewhat related). But since EEGLAB data can easily be imported directly into FieldTrip (see the EEGLAB function eeglab2fieldtrip() ) it should not be difficult to do that test in FieldTrip. (also, I'm not experienced with the Mass Univariate toolbox or ERPLAB, so my not mentioning them doesn't mean that they can't do this; I just don't know about them.)<br>
