      I would like to toss in one more option - SSLTOOL, which was put
      together by Siyi Deng in my lab.  It does Laplacians on a sphere
      using a 3-D spline detailed in papers and Nunez and Srinivasan
      (2006), but also can do Laplacians on a realistic 3-D MRI
      generated mesh using the methods described in our recent IEEE
      Transactions on BME paper.  I believe it plays nicely with EEGLAB
      data formats. <br>
