<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Hi Dejan,<br><br></div>The base distribution of EEGLAB does not support epochs of variable lengths (which is what would happen if you extracted epochs between two markers, unless the latency of the second marker relative to the first is always the same). There are other options available, however, for doing what you are looking for.
