<div dir="ltr">Dear Caroline and Nike,<div><br></div><div>Import your data to EEGLAB. You may or may not have your digitized channel locations. If you do, you should import it. If you don't, I expect you still have channel labels, and I also expect that the labels are Fz, Cz, Pz... or other popular things (like geodesic sensor system etc). If your labels are Fz, Cz, Pz... then EEGLAB can retrieve their canonical positions on MNI head model automatically. After you load the channel location info, you process your data and you can show scalp topography of your desired condition and latency.</div>

<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p></div></blockquote><div>Hi,</div><div><br></div><div> To create a location files for the channels specific to your requirements it is better to digitize your electrode locations using a digitization equipment like polhemus etc.</div>


<div><br></div><div>If  you do not have an equipment for that you can use the sample electrode location files from the folder named sample_locs in your eeglab folder.  </div><div><br></div><div>to use the sample locations, in the gui, go to edit and channel locations and select the sample location and read locations</div>
