I have tried building a pre-clustering array in STUDY and i get the error 'empty scalp topography file - also necessary for ERP polarity Try recomputing scalp topographies for components' - I can see that each dataset has a .icatopo associated with it in the same directory as the .sets, but some are only 3 KB in size (the rest being around 1800). What has happened here? must i manually save scalp topo files for component? i was under the impression that they were automatically generated when running ICA?
Many thanks for your help.
