Dear Jessica,

If you have non-EEG channels (typically fiducials) they are not counted as a number of channels. In this case, if you have 128 EEG + 3 fiducials, 131 is the chanloc length and size(EEG.data,1) == 128. Make them match carefully and it should work.
Hello all,

I posted a question previously about not being able to load the channel locations from an elp file into EEGLab. The error stated that the number of channels in the elp file did not match those in the data. However, I used the reducer tool to eliminate these
channels leaving only the original 128 that are in the elp file. There are 128 channels in the data and 128 channels in the elp file so I am not sure why I am still getting this error. I cannot continue analysis without loading the channel information from
the elp file.

Any suggestions anyone could give me would be very much appreciated.
