<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Hi!<br><br>I 've computed Wavelt coherence on EEG data (64/128 Channel system) and also computed pairwise coherence in few pairs.<br>As the number of channels are more and it is hard to compute coherence for all maximum possible pairs combinations by considering sagittal, lateral, hemispheric, local or global factors etc.<br>Is there any tool available so that I may use it to compare cohernece in maximum possible pairs in the form of topographic maps?<br><br>Regards,<br><br>Lal Hussain<br>PhD Scholar<br> </div></body>
