<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Makoto, </div><div> Yes, you are right. This issue is related with the recent changes in the graphic system in MATLAB. It's possible that the user finds that the plot looks ok since this line is at the end of the code and only takes care of the colorbar for significance. I'll fix this today, but it will be available only in the 'develop' branch at Bitbucket (<a href="http://bitbucket.org/sccn_eeglab/eeglab">http://bitbucket.org/sccn_eeglab/eeglab</a>) . It would be good if a report is filed to Bugzilla (<a href="http://sccn.ucsd.edu/bugzilla/">http://sccn.ucsd.edu/bugzilla/</a>), so we can all track this issue.</div><div> Thanks,</div><div> Ramon</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Tue, May 5, 2015 at 10:12 AM, Makoto Miyakoshi <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:mmiyakoshi@ucsd.edu" target="_blank">mmiyakoshi@ucsd.edu</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div>Dear Chantelle,</div><div><br></div><div>Sorry for delay. <div><br>
</div>
<div>I am receiving an error message (attached picture) and I am wondering if anyone has come across or has a solution to this issue?</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I created a simple Study design and precomputed in channel space for ERP and ERSPS. There is no issue when plotting ERP data or just the ERSP plots (without a p-value plot). However when plotting the ERSP data with the p-value plot I received the following
EEGLAB error:</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>EEGLAB error in function std_plottf() at line 301:</div>
<div>Undefined function 'find' for input arguments of type 'matlab.graphics.axis.Axes'</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I am unclear if this error message is trivial as the ERSP p-value plot seems to plot fine. However I am concerned this error may cause an issue I cannot see. I tried with Matlab 2015a and also Matlab 2014b and various versions of EEGLab (up until v13.4.4b)</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The datasets I have used for this test study design do have different channel orders although they have the same montage/ channel localization file imported. Is it possible this discrepancy could be a part of the problem? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated!!</div>
