Here is my issue. Let's say that out of 58 channels, I want to plot activations over only a subset, say 10 channels. I can change the structure of the EEG.chanlocs file, or use the pmask option to plot only 10 channels. But how do I forced topoplot to interpolate only over these 10 channels and not over the whole head? Any pointers would be most appreciated...
Thanks
