<div dir="ltr"><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default">Hello Sue, a quick way to check the right code format you need to use is to do it from the GUI, and then type eegh to get the correct format. I'm not sure, but what might be happening is that you might be calling the electrode numbers vs. their labels, or vice versa. Sometimes the Labels (E1....E128, for example) match up with the electrode numbers, but not always. Another thing is to make sure you update the EEG structure with EEG store as shown in the eegh output. Another thing is to make sure you have the right channel labels and locations by specifically loading the specific channel locations file you intend to use. Also, check if "include" is an option in that function that you could try.</div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div><div style="color:rgb(51,51,153)" class="gmail_default"> </div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Tue, Sep 29, 2015 at 3:39 PM, Sue Peters <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:sp@suepeters.com" target="_blank">sp@suepeters.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr">Dear EEGLab Users,<div><br></div><div>I am using this function, pop-reref, for an average reference of 124 channels.
