That should be in samples, aka time at whatever sampling rate per second your file has. Review the time dimension in EEG.data in matlab, before your export, which should be at the same sampling rate as you get when you export.<br>
Check online eeglab documentation regarding EEGlab data structures, and double check the documentation for settings in the export function you are using.</p>
