<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">As the title of this message suggests, for some reason, the channel locations for some subjects are lost when I re-reference. This is not the case for all subjects, and I'm unsure of what differentiates subjects for
whom channels are lost during re-referencing from subjects for whom they aren't. I checked the channels being used for the re-referencing as well as new channels created during these steps, but they all look fine to me. Below is the code I'm using to re-reference:</p>
