He suggested for removing bad channels we can use <span><a class="ydpf0371fbaexternal ydpf0371fbatext" href="http://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/Plugin_list_process" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">clean_rawdata()</a></span> I'm using this plugin, it works well and remove bad channels but removes my EOG channels too. I need the EOG channels for EOG artifact removing.
