<div dir="ltr">Hi
<span style="font-size:small;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;float:none;display:inline">Nayab,</span><div>Are you saving your file as .mat in Simulink?? If so you should make sure that the 65th channel is actually the trigger channel as the first channel may be time added by Simulink. The trigger channel could be 66th channel. In this case it could be taking so much time because the EEGLAB function is seeing lots of triggers because you are using an EEG channel as trigger? I hope this helps.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks</div><div>Bethel<br><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Sat, Sep 1, 2018 at 8:00 PM, <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:eeglablist-request@sccn.ucsd.edu" target="_blank">eeglablist-request@sccn.ucsd.edu</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex">Send eeglablist mailing list submissions to<br>
