    <p>Dear colleagues,</p>

    <p>The 2019 IEEE SMC Brain-Machine Interface Systems Workshop will

      take place in Bari, Italy from October 6-9, 2019. This year we'll

      have a BR41N.IO Brain Hackathon, a number of industry-student

      events, keynote speakers (Dr. Maria Chiara Carrozza and Dr. Febo

      Concotti, already confirmed, more to come), panels, and

      peer-reviewed papers that will appear on IEEExplore after

      presentation.</p>

    <p>The Call for Special Sessions is out and proposals are due

      February 20th. Please see the workshop website for more details:
