With this release, we are beginning to evolve the EEGLAB release
schedule.<br>
The new version is the first 'beta' version we are releasing. After a
few weeks<br>
of public comment (please report any problems), we will migrate this
version <br>
to V4.4 (stable). This will allow us to release new versions in beta
form earlier<br>
in the development cycle, while keeping a stable version available for
new users. <br>
Note that we believe the new version to be least as stable as the
previously <br>
available version 4.311, with many upgrades and bug fixes - we are
using the <br>
'beta' label to be conservative. Go to the web page below to download
EEGLAB4.4b.<br>

The main feature in this new revision is 40 new pages of tutorial
describing how<br>
to use event information as well as how to use EEGLAB structures for
scripting. <br>
Beginning with this version, we will allow users to update printed PDF
copies <br>
by replacing or inserting selected pages, rather than needing to print
the entire <br>
tutorial volume after future version upgrades (see details on the
revision web<br>
page <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/revisions.html">http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/revisions.html</a>).<br>

New features in EEGLAB itself includes a new full-head 3-D headplot()
model<br>
and new 2-D topoplot() full-head 'skirt' mode, as well as feature
additions and/or <br>
small bug fixes to many programs. The new release also continues the
evolution <br>
of events and "urevents" (original events) to pull information about
the event <br>
"context" of events of interest. Duration of event (new event field
'duration') <br>
can now be used in a variety of functions. Two data import plugins (CTF
and <br>
ANT data format) have also been added to the EEGLAB distribution. New <br>
