Hi

The issue is not finding pdist() function which is a part of Signal Processing
toolbox. You either do have this toolbox or like many other users have
encountered a common issue while installing this toolbox which results in
pdist() not be added to your path. You can search online to fix this problem (I
had this on my machine a few years ago and solved it by adding some path from
Matlab toolbox folder).

While using the Measure Projection Toolbox (eeglab10_2_5_6a, MATLAB 7.11.0) and
trying to calculate the ERP/ERSP projections, I keep getting the following
error:

??? Undefined function or method 'pdist' for input arguments of type 'double'.

Error in ==> dipoleAndMeasure>dipoleAndMeasure.getPairwiseCorrelationSimilarity
at 18
            correlationSimilaity = 1-squareform(pdist(obj.linearizedMeasure',
'correlation'));
