This year’s All Hands Meeting is to be held a the University of California, San Diego.  Our primary focus will be to convene with all collaborators and stakeholders to revisit our expectations, milestones and dependencies.  We will continue to work on the collaboration/communication linkages that are planned or implied in the Biennial Program Plan and fill in any gaps in understanding, or in execution steps.

Please plan for two full days. There will be ARL presentations, talks on selected projects, project reviews, collaborative meetings and poster sessions.  A detailed agenda will be available in late September.
