-Please make sure you have installed J2SE in your system. If you didn’t, please reference: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp




STEPS:

1) Please unzip the downloaded file and put all the files into the same folder. Let’s say the folder name is MQTT_LSL_exe_1.2 and you put all the files on desktop. So, the path would be:

C:\\Users\YOUR_NAME\Desktop\MQTT_LSL_exe_1.2

PS: YOUR_NAME here represents your account name.



2)open the commend line (Windows: cmd, MAC: terminal) and change the directory to where you unzip the folder (it’s on the Desktop if you follow above example).

C:\ cd \Users\YOUR_NAME\Desktop\MQTT_LSL_exe_1.2

PS: YOUR_NAME here represents your account name.





3)please type following commend: 

java -jar MQTT_LSL_exe_x.x.jar 137.110.244.60:1884 EEGMusic/#


PS: x.x here represents your download version.

If you see the message “YOUR_NAME-xxxxxxxx, Topic: EEGMusic/#, QOS=1 is running”, you have launched the server program successfully. Please contact me if you run into any problems. 

 
4) Use your Android powered cellphone to download and launch the APP from:
