[Eeglablist] admin message

Reminders about the EEGLABLIST mailing list use

-    You may switch to digest mode (one summary message a day) by 
sending an empty message to eeglablist at sccn.ucsd.edu (using the email 
you subscribed with).

-    Do not send data or images to the list or your message will be 
rejected. Small (<10K) text files or binary import files are OK.

-    We will also reject most messages asking for data.

-    Send bugs about EEGLAB to eeglab at sccn.ucsd.edu not to the list 
(unless you think it raises a more general issue and that the answer 
will be interesting to other users).
