[Eeglablist] EEG analysis

Hi,

I used the EEGLAB toolbox to plot the channel spectra. The graphs obtained
are frequency (Hz) on the X axis and Power 10*log10 (µV2/Hz) on Y. 

After that I used the stats program Prism to analyze the results
.i was
wondering as the Y axis is on log scale, would it mask or have any effect on
the results of the graphs I plotted on Prism?
