[Eeglablist] Problem with bva_io1.31

Hi ,
I just recently updated to version 4.515 of eeglab and to the bva_io1.31 
version of the bva import plugin (on WinXP /  MATLAB 7.0.4.365 (R14) 
Service Pack 2).
On startup eeglab detects the plugin. However, it seems to be unable to 
use it correctly - as I get the following error message:

eeglab: error while adding plugin "eegplugin_bva_io"
   Reference to non-existent field 'no_check_back'.

Does anyone know what to do about this?
