Tftopo allows to plot grand-average ERSP of multiple subjects (and
assess significant deviation from baseline) but not to compare
conditions (you could simply subtract images for each pair of condition
but you would not obtain the significant differences). We are finalizing
a set of statistical tools for comparing any set of conditions for our
new STUDY structure. A different version of these surrogate tests are
already available in the Fieldtrip toolbox from the command line
(although I have not personally tried them).
