[Eeglablist] how do deal with ECOG and other channels not in .elp file?

This is not necessary (see below).

It is better to import the ELP file then insert ("Insert" pushbutton) 
electrodes and just enter the label (no location information). EEGLAB 
will detect that these electrodes have no location, and will process 
them accordingly (basically it will not crash when you try plotting them 
;-).
