[Eeglablist] support for the fortran code for calculating of phase distribution of single response veps

Dear Friends,
Does anyone have acces to the shareware software to create the VPM
computing environment for the Microsoft Fortan Compiler. ??
As computing of coherence and bicoherence under matlab with proper statistical
properties is very time consuming I had thought about running it on cluster of PCs running WinXP -professional.
Any informations on Microsoft fortran compiler for dual core Pentiums4 (like D280)  ???
