[Eeglablist] Interpolation method in topoplot

Robert -
The method used in topoplot() is standard 2-D Matlab interpolation. The
interpolation method of Perrin et al. is used in headplot() (see reference
in headplot.m). We would welcome further options, which might be easily
added to these functions if available.
