[Eeglablist] open 12bit CNT file

Dear Marco,
this seems strange. I have never heard of 12-bit Neuroscan files. Are
you sure these are Neuroscan files. These could be ANT files (they also
have the .cnt extenstion) although I have not heard either of 12-bit ANT
files. Or this could be yet another format.
