[Eeglablist] How to import 3DD files ?

Hi,
I am starting simultaneous EEG-fMRI  experiments and am using a
Polhemius system to digitize the locations of the electrodes on the EEG
cap (QuikCap 64 channel).  
Can anyone please guide me on how to import the .3DD files (generated
using a Polhemius system) into EEGLAB, and use them in lieu of the
standard .loc file.
