[Eeglablist] Scaling of eegplots

Hello,
I'm trying to load data into EEGLAB with the use of my own function. When im loading the data the plot looks like this: http://s48.photobucket.com/albums/f250/allstarsfkt/?action=view¤t=EEGplot_data_cheps_1-11.jpg
Now i can scale this with the + and - button to scale it to the right scale.
The next step in my function is to determin a certain threshold with the ginput function. To get the correct threshold, for filtering data i need to substract the scale from the y-value of the ginput. This works with lower scales(tested up till 120 with different data and it worked without a problem).
Test scenario:
I load the data, then scale it up to 150 (standard it was 70). Then using the ginput i determin my threshold and it said i clicked on 850 (This while the range of that channel was 0-360).
The message i get is: Attemted to acces tmpdur(1); index out of bounds because numel(tempdur) =0.
If I don't change the original scale then it works without any further issues.
What can i do to fix this?
