Dear Robert,
I find Presentation to work well once you get used to the programming environment. As mentioned, Eprime works well too. However, in the end to have the most flexibility we have programmed ERP stimuli in Matlab. Sending triggers to Neuroscan is the same I/O interface as in the other programs, you just have to send the commands from Matlab.
