EGI will furnish you with a MATLAB script to read the .raw and gain and
offset calibration files and thus calibrate the EEG data from the Netstation
file exporter - a drag and drop utility...we use every day in our lab - phil

Have you tried using the Netstation export functions to output .raw files?
I am using this method to get EGI data into EEGLAB.
