Dear Tae-Ho,

this is because you are using some specific combination of windows OS  
on some specific hardware and Matlab version. Change of computer or of  
Matlab version and this should resolve the problem. We have programmed  
a hack that work most of the times. Simply download the current EEGLAB  
version.
