[Eeglablist] out of memory errors

Dear all,

I frequently have 'out of memory' errors while using eeglab.
I've tried to fix the problem by installing this:

but unfortunately after installing it, eeglab doesn't work anymore. 
Furthermore, I get  a

'Warning: Function 
D:\Programme\work\eeglab2008June06_beta\external\biosig\maybe-missing\full.m 
has the same name as a MATLAB builtin. We suggest you rename the 
function to avoid a potential name conflict.'

message.
Do you have any ideas what to do?
