[Eeglablist] simple time-frequency analysis

Dear people,
 
I am interested in a general time-frequency analysis of our EEG-data within eeglab.
Not an event-related, and not a time freuqency perturbation, but a simple time-frequency analysis/display of EEG-records without events.
Is that possible?
Do I just miss something in the documentation?
