[Eeglablist] can eeglab calculate the phase-locking value?

Hi all,
According to an introduction of EEGLAB(Arnaud Delorme, Scott Makeig, 2004),
phase coherence(ERPCOH) measure was supported in EEGLAB, but the
phase-locking value(PLV) was not. I wonder whether the newest version
concludes PLV calculation? If not, does someone know some programs or
toolbox can do this analysis?
The PLV is different from the inter-trial coherence(ITC) which is supported
in EEGLAB. (see ref. Lachaux, et al, 1999)
