Dear EEGlab,
I am new to ERP data processing. We are using 128 EGI cap for infant attention. I have completed the artifact and segment deletion. I have created the study with 9 subjects. All elements appear to be fine except for performing a within subject analysis of the ERP (familiar v novel). We use two categories under the same stim+ label. I have these selected in the group file; however, I do not see a function to just compare the two segments within a single subject or within the single group. Is there a function available for this type of task? This would be helpful since we have three groups for this type of analysis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
