Dear Robert,
you may plot your scalp maps onto the subject head in 3-D as described
in the tutorial. You may also use the subject MRI to plot either
dipoles or LORETA solutions as also described in the tutorial (the
LORETA solution is not totally described in the tutorial). Other
toolboxes containing a large number of functions for MRI are
Fieldtriip, Brainstorm (and Brainvisa) and the EEG toolbox.
