[Eeglablist] bdf importing of files bigger than 50mb

I have two issues with importing .bdf files. If I try and import files
bigger than 50mb I get an out of memory error. I am not sure how to
import it in blocks. Secondly the bdf import menu has disappeared from
the drop down menu , how to I re-enable it?
