[Eeglablist] create a BCI simple application

Hi there,

Based on existing data (.mat extension), that contains information about 
left and right hands movements.
i want load, open, read the information and manipulate it in order to 
move the cursor of the mouse to the left and right.

I study computer sciences and I am good on development and programing,
Although i am new using BCI technology.

Is that possible to build using the current eeglab library v.6.01b?
