[Eeglablist] pop_chanplot

Andrew,

there was a problem with eegh a long time ago for studies (2 years ago).
It has been fixed but when when you edit and plot some measure for a  
study, you will need to press OK at the end and not CANCEL if you want  
your manipulations to appear in the history.
